Community Guidelines

1. General platform rules

• Treat other players, staff, and volunteers with basic respect. Disagreements happen, but harassment, hate speech, threats, and targeted abuse don't have a place here.
• No spam, no advertising other sites or Discords in chat, and no flooding the chat with repeated messages or links.
• Keep sexual, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content out of usernames, chat, and anywhere else on the site.
• Don't try to disrupt the platform for other users. That includes flooding requests at our servers, abusing bugs to break a page for others, or anything designed to cause outages.
• Follow any additional instructions given by staff while they're actively moderating a situation, even if it isn't spelled out word-for-word on this page.

2. Fair play expectations

Every game on Blox Vault (Coinflip, Jackpot, Plinko, Tower Climb, and Rock Paper Scissors) is provably fair: outcomes are generated from a committed server seed you can independently verify after the fact. That system only means something if everyone is playing straight, so:

• Play every match, round, and deposit as an individual. Don't coordinate outcomes with anyone else (including alternate accounts) to guarantee a result.
• Don't collude with another player to split winnings from a match that was rigged between you beforehand.
• If you believe a result was unfair, use the Provably Fair verification tool before assuming anything. It's there so you never have to take our word for it.

3. No cheating, exploiting, or bot abuse

This is the one we take most seriously, because it puts other players' gems and pets at risk. Not allowed, under any circumstances:

• Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automation to play games, farm the Daily Vault streak, claim giveaways, or interact with the site.
• Exploiting bugs in a game, the deposit/withdraw flow, the balance system, or any other feature for personal gain, including duplicating gems or pets, manipulating RAP values, or bypassing a stake/deposit minimum.
• Tampering with client-side code (browser console, modified requests, etc.) to try to influence a game outcome, your balance, or another user's account.
• If you find a bug like this, the right move is to report it, not use it. Reported exploits are taken seriously; used ones result in an immediate reversal at minimum.

4. No fraud, scams, or attempts to harm other users

• Don't impersonate Blox Vault staff, another player, or anyone else to trick users into handing over gems, pets, or account access.
• Don't run middleman scams, fake giveaways, phishing links, or "guaranteed win" schemes on or off the platform using the Blox Vault name.
• Don't attempt to socially engineer another player's Roblox account, Blox Vault account, or personal information.
• Chargebacks, payment fraud, or disputing a legitimate deposit/withdrawal after the fact is treated as an attempt to steal from the platform, not a support issue.

5. Account responsibility

• Your Blox Vault account is linked to your Roblox account through the bio-phrase verification flow, so you're responsible for everything that happens on it, whether or not you were the one who did it.
• Don't share your session, login link, or account access with anyone else. Blox Vault staff will never ask for your Roblox password. We never need it, and neither does anyone claiming to help you.
• You're responsible for keeping your Roblox account itself secure. If it's compromised and your Blox Vault balance or inventory is affected as a result, contact support immediately. The sooner we know, the more we can do.

6. Giveaways, rewards, and promotions

• Giveaway entries, Daily Vault streak bonuses, and any other reward system are meant for genuine, individual participation, not for accounts created or farmed specifically to collect free gems.
• Don't create artificial win counts or activity to unlock a giveaway's free-entry threshold. Entries should reflect real games you actually played.
• If you host a giveaway, the pets you lock in as the prize must actually be given to the winner the system selects. Backing out after a giveaway draws is treated as fraud (see §4).
• Promo codes, event rewards, or one-time bonuses are for one claim per person, not per account.

7. Multiple accounts

Because every account is tied to a Roblox identity, one Roblox account should mean one Blox Vault account. Alternate accounts are not allowed when they're used to:

• Get around a ban, restriction, or cooldown placed on your main account.
• Farm extra giveaway entries, Daily Vault bonuses, or other per-person limits.
• Play against yourself in Coinflip, Jackpot, or Rock Paper Scissors to move gems/pets between accounts under the appearance of a normal match.

Having more than one Roblox account in general isn't against the rules. Using extra accounts to break any of the above is.

8. Consequences for breaking the rules

What happens depends on what happened. This is a rough guide, not a fixed formula. Staff weigh intent, impact, and history before deciding.

• Warning: first-time or minor issues (chat conduct, a borderline giveaway entry) usually start here.
• Restriction: temporary limits on chat, deposits/withdrawals, or specific games while an issue is reviewed or as a proportional penalty.
• Balance/item reversal: gems or pets gained through cheating, exploiting, or fraud are reversed once identified, regardless of what else happens to the account.
• Suspension or ban: reserved for serious or repeated violations: exploiting, botting, scamming other users, or ban evasion via an alt account.

Bans are account-level, not just gem-balance-level. Banned accounts also lose access to any pets/gems remaining in their inventory while the ban is active.

9. Trading bot accounts

• Deposits and withdrawals happen by trading with one of our Roblox bot accounts (shown on the Settings page), not by any direct transfer inside Blox Vault itself.
• Roblox can suspend or terminate any account, including our bots, for reasons entirely outside our control. We take reasonable steps to keep our bots in good standing, but we can't guarantee Roblox won't act on one.
• If a bot account holding your pets is banned or suspended by Roblox, Blox Vault is not responsible for those items and can't promise they'll be recovered. We'll work with affected users where we reasonably can, but a Roblox-side account action isn't something we can undo.
• This is one more reason to only keep items staked or in transit for as long as you need to, and to withdraw promptly once a trade completes.

10. Contact support or report an issue

• Seeing another player break these rules? Use a match's or round's Provably Fair details to document it, then flag it to an online staff member in Community Chat.
• Found a bug or possible exploit? Report it rather than testing it further. See §3 for why that matters.
• Account, deposit, or withdrawal issue? Reach out to staff in Community Chat, or through the contact channel linked in the site footer/Discord if you have one.
• When reporting anything, include what happened, when, and any match/round id you can. It's the fastest way for staff to verify and act on it.
